My partner and I went through a really difficult process to secure our first home, luckily enough we were recommended and introduced to the Director of Full Moon Finance. Not only did he provide a professional service, but unlike other Brokers, we were given options on banks, rates and weighed out the pros and cons from each Lender.
We never had to chase him up for the status of the loan as he was very informative and updated us on a regular basis. We were never left feeling stressed or confused throughout the whole process.
My partner and I have different work hours, which often falls outside of his. His commitment and dedication is what made the service outstanding. He made so much effort to work around our time and what was convenient for us.

I have the pleasure in saying that Full Moon Finance assisted and helped me to get my home loan approved. To get approval and the whole process is daunting. I would appreciate the effort and the commitment provided by Full Moon Finance, who helped and assisted me throughout the process. I worked office hours and it was hard for me to communicate, however they contacted me after hours and messaged me for all paperwork including emailing me. I would say it would be hard for me to get through this difficult process and makes me frustrated. He also send me the list of banks and what rates are available. I was given the opportunity to choose what I wanted and the rest was done by him such as follow up and what stage we are at. They spoke to the bank and my Conveyencer. Everything was explained as I asked many questions and was answered. We really need such service to help us out. Once again appreciate the commitment and the efforts.

Full Moon Finance is real a Broker and a Breaker. Our organisation was looking for a loan to purchase a Property and we try all what we can but we didn’t get a loan till someone introduced us to Full moon finance. In fact, they assured us that we will get the loan even when things seemed so hard, through Full Moon Finance a loan was approved and we have now purchased a property.
